STRATEGIC
I bring my experience and curiosity to learning about the unique value your organization brings to improving healthcare and how to effectively communicate its benefits. I integrate my understanding of the healthcare industry, technology trends, interoperability standards, and policy to defining strategic goals and defining key results to get there. I’ll help you develop an investor deck, customer presentation, go to market plan, product roadmap, budget, staffing plan, and KPIs/OKRs.
RESULTS-ORIENTED
I’ve spent my entire career delivering results – helping build two of the leading EHR companies in the industry; creating health data interoperability and precision medicine research platforms; and delivering insightful cost and quality analytics. I’ve worked with payer, provider, and patient/consumer segments of the market developing and implementing products that address real business challenges.
